Yes, every artwork listed on Rupasya is 100% handmade by skilled artists in Udaipur. Each piece is unique and crafted with traditional techniques.
3. Do you provide authenticity or certification?
Yes, upon request, we can provide a certificate of authenticity confirming that the artwork is handmade and original.
4. Can I request a custom painting?

5. What is the average time to complete and ship an order?
Ready artworks are usually shipped within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order artworks may take longer depending on the complexity (usually 2–4 weeks).
6. Do you accept returns?
Since all our artworks are handmade and unique, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Do you ship internationally?

We use professional art-safe packaging materials including protective layers, hardboard casing, and waterproof wrapping to ensure safe delivery.
