Rupasya – Return & Refund Policy
At Rupasya, each artwork is handmade and unique. Due to the nature of custom and original artworks, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned.
- Since each painting is handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or detailing are natural and not considered defects.
2. No Refunds
- Payments made for orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exceptions (Damaged / Defective on Delivery)
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
- Based on review, we may offer a replacement artwork of similar value or store credit (no cash refund).
- No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
4. International Orders
For international buyers, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns/refunds are not accepted for international shipments under any condition.
