1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners. For international orders, please contact us directly at contact@rupasya.com.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order artworks may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Depending on your location, delivery usually takes:

Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within India unless otherwise specified at checkout. For international shipping, charges will be shared separately.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

6. Packaging

All artworks are packed securely with protective layers to ensure safe delivery.

7. Delays

In case of unexpected delays due to courier, weather, or natural events, Rupasya will keep you informed. However, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
