Cancellation Policy

Since each artwork at Rupasya is handmade and unique, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing the order.
• If you wish to cancel within 2 hours, please email us immediately at contact@rupasya.com.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order paintings cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved (within the allowed time frame), the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Company Rights

Rupasya reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances such as payment issues, unavailability of artwork, or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
