At Rupasya, every artwork is individually handcrafted by skilled artists using traditional techniques. Due to the handmade and original nature of our paintings, all purchases are carefully reviewed under the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Returns Policy

As all our artworks are handmade and original, we do not accept returns for non-defective products, including returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, texture, or detailing. Such variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted art and do not qualify as defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping every artwork. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, the following conditions apply:

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged artwork and original packaging are required
• After verification, we will offer:
  • A replacement artwork of similar value, or
  • Store credit (cash refunds are not provided)
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are not offered for any orders
• Cancellations requested after order confirmation are not eligible for refunds
• Store credit, if applicable, may be issued only in approved damaged or defective cases

4. International Orders

For international customers, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective delivery, subject to verification within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the buyer
• No returns or refunds are accepted for non-defective international shipments

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for damaged or defective artworks, subject to approval after verification. Exchanges are provided in the form of a replacement artwork of similar value.
